Living Light Community on Skool

Every Wednesday at 1pm Pacific:

🌀 Mini Kundalini Breath & Movement — beginner-friendly, 10 minutes to open and unify our energy and reset your nervous system

🌿 New Earth Circle — real talk on building a conscious life and career outside the matrix through intentional community

💫 Ask for Guidance — bring your questions and stuck points for live support

This gathering is for you if you are:

• A Yoga teacher, therapist, coach, or healer feeling burned

• A burned out 9-5 worker craving real community with people who get it

• Anyone Building — or dreaming of — a more conscious way of living

This isn't a course. It's a circle.

Every week we gather live on Skool — free, real, and rooted in the belief that healers deserve to be held too.

Hosted by Sarah — Holistic Life Coach, Mentor, Yoga Teacher, and Intentional Community Founder.
