Learn how to Create a vision board that ACTUALLY WORKS to assist in grounding your personal vision and purpose.
Through this Sacred process, you will learn how to shift your energy from within to attract opportunities to manifest your goals and dreams, and finally remove the Energy blocks that are preventing you from manifesting your heart's desire.
During the workshop, you will receive personalized guidance and Holistic Life Coaching so you know exactly what to do to take action after this empowering retreat!
Please bring:
- Large 22' x 28' construction paper board
- Paints, markers, pencils and/or crayons
- Scissors Glue and/or tape
- Quotes, affirmations or other words of wisdom
- Embellishments for decorating your vision board, but make sure everything is burnable (no plastic objects)
- Old magazines
- Newspaper to spread under your working area
- Plus anything else your imagination comes up with and so on :)
* Remember... This is YOUR life and your vision and therefore, it is your responsibility to bring the necessary materials to this workshop. That is the first step and homework for this empowering workshop!

This will take place in TWO 1-hour sessions. During the 1st session, you will receive the guidelines to create your board. You will then create the board off-line and then present it during your 2nd session where you will receive coaching on any energy blocks that might be preventing you from manifesting your Heart's desire. Looking to deepen your Understanding of Pranayama (Breathing Techniques)?
The ultimate goal of Yoga is to free up the system from habitual, dysfunctional restrictions. Therefore, we must let go of the idea that there is a single correct way to breath.
Prana is the subtle power at the basis of life. The vibration of prana causes the mind to think. Breath is the external manifestation of Prana. When the vibration is irregular, thought is haphazard. Conversely, when the vibration is regular, there is calm within and cells of the body work in unison resulting in harmony throughout the entire system.
This course will give you the tools and deep understanding to properly PRACTICE:
Learn How to:
- Modify breathing techniques to YOUR specific needs
- Different sitting positions, restorative poses and correct use of props to create effortlessness when practicing and teaching pranayama
- Detailed awareness on how to properly practice Puraka (inhale extension), Rechaka (exhale extension), Antara Kumbaka (inhale retention) and Baya Kumbaka (exhale retention)
- We will also practice and learn to teach: Dirgham Pranayama (complete Yogic Breath), Ujjayi Pranayama (Victorious Breath), Viloma Pranayama (stages I-VI), Kapalabhati (Breath of Fire), Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril), Sitali (Cooling breath)
- Deepen your understanding of pranayama (breathing techniques), bandhas (locks) , mudras (hand gestures) & drishtis (gaze points)

We will explore the first two limbs of the eight-fold path of the Yoga Sutras: the Yamas & Niyamas. These are guidelines that help you to create a new paradigm of understanding of your REAL Purpose in life which is to Awaken and Improve Spiritually.
The 5 Yamas are -- nonviolence, truthfulness, non-stealing, non-excess, and non-possessiveness.
The 5 Niyamas are -- purity, contentment, self-discipline, self-study, and surrender.
Each week, you will receive personalized coaching to take ownership of your life, and gain the skills and deep understanding to finally bring Yoga to life each and every day at home and at work so that every thought, every word and every action are aligned with your Spirit!

Yoga Nidra is an ancient deep relaxation form of Yoga that has been used for centuries to harmonize the deeper unconscious and awaken your inner potential.
It is a wonderful technique for deep relaxation, stress management, and to enhance the learning process.
During this workshop, we will first prepare the body with some gentle movements, then practice some breathing techniques to prepare the mind, and then you will be guided through a magical process of visualization to get you into a deep state of meditation, that place between wakefulness and sleep where you can connect with your true self and inner wisdom.
Please have a light meal about 2 hours before class if possible (this is a guideline... everyone is different... You don't want a heavy meal in your tummy, but you do NOT want to be hungry during class either... Do feels right for YOU!).
Wear comfortable clothing and clean socks. We will provide blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows but feel free to bring your own props to make your experience more cozy and comfortable if you choose to.
