This book will be used as a companion personal work-book to work with, and on your personal life story experiences; as you choose.  

Only you have the power to decide to start this journey or not. 

Date & Time - This class is currently offered privately 1-1 and scheduled at your conveninece. You may attend class online via zoom or in person at Sarah's sutdion in Lehi, UT.

Part 1 of this process starts January 2025 - 45 class sessions
Part 2 starts Friday January 2025 - 45 class sessions

*Private 1-1 classes may start at any point during the year. 

For example, we can start in June 2025 and end Juner 2026.

All three books class process must be done to be certified.

This is a  2 Year Certification Program.  

You must complete Part 1 & Part 2 by attending a total of 90 sessions to receive a Certificate.

This program is ONLY available for students who have completed

at least one (1) of the following requirements:

A)  Studied Yoga, Holistic Life Coaching or Received Reiki treatments with Sarah for at least 90 days 

OR

B) Have received a Traditional Usui Reiki Levels 1 & 2 Certification from Sarah

OR 

C) Have completed the 90 Day Awakening & Empowerment Program OR Success & Empowerment Mentorship Program

OR

D) Have completed (or are currently enrolled in) a 200 or 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification Program

After the registration appointment and the initial payment is received 60 days in advance of the program start date, you will be sent the awareness & guidelines for the process & program.  Your complete payment is ude 30 days before the program start date and confirms your space to participate in this process and program.  

I will be taking the first nine (9) students with complete payment.
