Join us for a magical journey at Pura Vida Retreat & Spa, a unique destination in Costa Rica’s Central Valley.
This eight-acre gated retreat center is surrounded by coffee draped hills just 20 minutes from Costa Rica’s Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO).

In addition, you will have access to a world-class Spa with seasoned practitioners, a variety of eco-adventures to cloud forests, hot springs and rivers, and a wine, beer and juice bar offering fresh wheatgrass shots, custom blended chai and smoothies daily for an additional cost.
All classes will be led by Sarah in a PRIVATE GROUP of Maximum 12 Students.

MORNING
7am - Meditation and Pranayama
7:30-9:00 - Breakfast
10:30 - 12:00 - Yoga Practice
HALF DAY adventure options: Waterfall gardens & Butterfly Observatory/ Forest Canopy Zip Lining/ or Doka Coffee Plantation (cost: $60 not included)
AFTERNOON
12:30-2:30 Lunch
3:30 - 5:30 pm - Inspiring Workshop
* This workshop will take place on Sunday, Monday & Tuesday so you can participate in all the other adventures if your choose to!
EVENING
6:30 - 8:00 - Dinner
8:00 - 9:30pm - Sacred Gathering
Plus ALL DAY Adventure Option: On Wednesday you may choose to participate in 1 of 3 day trips: Skywalk/ Hot springs/ or White Water rafting (cost: $120 not included)
Please plan to arrive to San Jose International airport (dates to be announced). Your retreat begins with a 6:30pm dinner on arrival day, followed by a short opening session, and ends with breakfast last day.
Check-in time at Pura Vida is 2 pm. Check-out is 11 am.
I will collect your travel plans well in advance and will arrange your airport transfers (included as part of your retreat!).
Passports
United States and Canadian citizens may enter Costa Rica with a valid passport. Please note that Costa Rican law requires your passport be valid for at least 90 days after the date you enter the country. When in Costa Rica, you’ll need to carry your passport information with you at all times. If you should be stopped by officials, a photocopy with your photo, passport number, and entry stamp will usually suffice and is recommended when making local excursions. Citizens of countries outside the U.S and Canada, should check with the Costa Rican Consulate in your country for more recent requirements and rules governing entrance into Costa Rica.
