Requirement Awareness

This level 2 Yoga Teacher Training Program is ONLY for students who have attended and are certified at Level One (1) by Sarah Ceo, or have already completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program.


Be committed as a Yoga student and teacher to personal positive transformation and development of spirit, mind, body.


Be committed at a high standard and self-motivated as a Yoga student and teacher to your personal and teaching practice of Yoga.


Be interested in creating a Yoga business practice or an improved personal practice and keeping it successful. 


Training hours include in class attendance, home study, teaching independent classes.  


This complete Certification class program requires a nine (9) months minimum commitment (total of 324 Hours):


- Students must attend 270 in classroom hours (3 hours class sessions attending classes 2 times per week for 36 weeks). 

- Plus document 27 hours of Home Study Time and Asana Practice. 

- Plus complete self-review forms for  27 hours of Teaching other independently (private or group classes).  


All students must choose to be self-motivated and committed to their own personal success to complete this Yoga Teacher Training Certification Program.     


All students must be committed to do their personal Yoga practice at least once per day.


All students must complete a minimum three hundred (300) word essay on a chosen Yoga related topic. Guidance will be given on suggested topics for this essay.


Each student must have their own Yoga props.  For example, Yoga mat, two (2) cork blocks (4X6X9), one Yoga strap, three (3) Yoga blankets.  Other optional Yoga props are --- chair, bolsters, foam blocks, eye pillow, and sand bags.


Each student must complete for each and all classes --- home study reading assignments, homework (including personal Yoga practice), and research papers.

Class Program Awareness

This level two (2) Yoga Teacher Training  Program gives all students their own chosen personal opportunity to deepen, strengthen, improve their personal Yoga practice on a spirit, mind, emotional, and physical levels and also give the opportunity to improve confidence in creating a Yoga career practice.


During this program all students will receive in class guided Holistic Life Coaching and mentoring that can benefit each student for personal and professional uses.  This will be available in class for as long as the in class program last.  If students need personal and private Holistic Life Coaching Consultation and Reiki treatments --- these can be available at an extra cost by scheduled appointment(s) and paid for in advance.  After the Yoga level two (2) class has ended students can also schedule private Holistic Life Coaching Consultations and Reiki treatments for their continued personal and professional growth.


There will be three (3) books for home study - reading, understanding, writing, reporting, and sharing in class.


Students will learn about and how to perform:


Yoga Philosophy and Lifestyle


Read and practice Yamas (Yoga universal moral guidance)


Read and practice Niyamas (self-discipline)


Asana (Yoga poses) to improve and build on what was taught in Yoga level one.


Detailed structural Anatomy of 24 specific Yoga poses to assist students in an way that improves postural imbalances and prevents injury 


Kinesiology (the study of the mechanics of body movements)


Improve Teaching Methodology and teaching skills


Creating Sacred Space to work in for self and clients/others


The Art of proper Yoga pose sequencing and proper poses and counter poses to assist students with musculoskeletal imbalances


Samples and practice of Dharma talks


Principles of movement


Breath and movement


Principles of alignment


The Art of adjustment


Ethics of a Yoga Teacher - teacher boundaries in relationship to students/clients.


Some awareness on how to personalize Yoga for: children, seniors, back pain, emotional imbalances, digestion imbalances, pre-menstrual symptoms, how to improve the health of knees, feet, hips, shoulders, elbows, wrists.


In addition to the regular class practice each student should write down and bring to class all questions and concerns.  These will be attended to by the teacher in each class as time permits.  

Interactive live-streaming ONLINE Classes!

This is NOT a self-guided or pre-recorded videos program.

We meet virtually via Zoom (an online meeting software) for 

LIVE online semi-private sessions twice per week for 9 months.  

 

Each session includes a guided Asana (Yoga poses) practice, meditation and relaxation techniques, plus lectures on the ALL the topics listed on the Level 1 Syllabus.

Class meets twice per week for 39 consecutive weeks (9 months).  


Thursdays 6:30 to 9:30pm (3 hours)

Sundays 2:30 to 5:30 pm (3 hours)

You will receive a detailed schedule with the dates when there will be NO class due to Holidays upon registration.


This level 2 Yoga Teacher Training Program is ONLY for students who have attended and are certified at Level One (1) by Sarah Ceo, or have already completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. 


REGISTRATION APPOINTMENT:

If you are interested in signing up for this Level 1 program, please contact Sarah to schedule a 15 minute phone call to learn about the process of class experience, registration, and payment.


We will then schedule a 60 minute online REGISTRATION appointment session via Zoom (an online meeting software).  During this online meeting, we will test audio and video settings, and you will learn where to put your Yoga mat so we can see and hear each other; plus you will have the opportunity to ask questions, and tell me about your goals, and your specific needs.


There is a cancellation and refund policy that will be given to each student upon registration and payment.
