"I have completed Level 1 and am at the tail end of Yoga Teacher Training Level 2 at Bliss Yoga Academy. My experience has been nothing short of a true transformation. Not only has it changed my personal Yoga practice but it has changed the way I approach my professional practice as a Physical Therapist. Sarah provided me with tools of empowerment and self awareness,  during our twice weekly classes which now allows me to teach those tools with CONFIDENCE to students in my small group classes and to my patients in my private practice. I am now able to offer them the opportunity to heal on the physical level as well as on the mental and emotional level. I HIGHLY recommend this program.

"Yoga Teacher Training Level 2 goes beyond learning anatomy and the physical aspects of Yoga.  In the classroom, it's a unique opportunity to sharpen teaching skills and be provided clear feedback and direction.  It's also an opportunity to delve into the chakras, yamas and niyamas, as well as other tools to recognize and get to know our own humanness, and with Sarah's compassionate guidance establish sustainable daily spiritual practices tailored to our individual needs."
